Buster Redman
Buster is an energetic and driven young real estate professional making his mark across Sydney’s Inner West. At just 23, Buster brings two years of hands-on industry experience, having worked across both sales and property management. His well-rounded foundation, combined with a natural confidence and strong communication skills, allows him to connect easily with people and deliver a genuine, client-first approach.
Born and raised in Earlwood, Buster has deep ties to the local community. He attended Our Lady of Lourdes Primary School, followed by Casimir Catholic College and later Holy Spirit Catholic College Lakemba, building lifelong relationships and an in-depth understanding of the area. Having lived in multiple homes across Earlwood and now residing in nearby Kingsgrove, he offers clients valuable local insight that only comes from years of personal connection to the neighbourhood.
Before stepping into real estate, Buster worked across a range of industries including carpentry, scaffolding, and lifeguarding—experiences that have given him a practical understanding of property construction and a strong work ethic. This knowledge provides him with added confidence when guiding buyers through homes and discussing the finer details of a property.
A natural people-person, Buster thrives on face-to-face interaction and isn’t afraid to get out and meet the community, whether that’s door knocking or building relationships on the ground. He prides himself on his ability to quickly build trust and get people onside, something he considers one of his greatest strengths in the industry.
Outside of real estate, Buster leads an active and social lifestyle. A passionate sports fan, he closely follows the NRL, NBA, and the UFC. He also has a strong sporting background himself, having played competitive rugby union and rugby league, winning multiple titles including a premiership with Arncliffe Scots. His time in sport helped shape his leadership qualities, team mindset, and competitive drive.
Buster values his close-knit circle of family and friends and has maintained the same group of mates for over a decade—many of whom now work as tradesmen in the local area. This network, combined with his local knowledge, positions him strongly for long-term success in the property market.
Grounded by his faith, family, and a clear sense of purpose, Buster is focused on building a long-term career in real estate within the community he knows and loves. With ambition, energy, and a genuine passion for helping people, he is quickly establishing himself as a rising name in Sydney’s Inner West property scene.
